Returns & Refund Policy

At Dessertz Top Exotics, we stand behind the quality of our lab-tested cannabis products. Review our policy for returns, refunds, and quality guarantees below.

21+ Only: All products contain cannabis. Must be of legal age to purchase. Returns subject to UK cannabis regulations and product safety laws.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements for cannabis products, returns are limited. You may request a return for eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unopened, sealed, and in original packaging
  • All original labels, batch codes, and tamper-evident seals are intact
  • The item is not a custom, limited-edition, or clearance product
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number) and reason for return

Note: Opened cannabis products cannot be accepted for return due to health and safety regulations.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Opened edibles, concentrates, or vape cartridges (health/safety regulations)
  • Products with broken tamper-evident seals or missing batch codes
  • Custom, limited-edition, or clearance items
  • Items damaged due to improper storage, misuse, or unauthorized modification
  • Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase

3. Lab-Tested Quality Guarantee

Every Dessertz Top Exotics product is third-party lab tested for potency, purity, and contaminants. If you believe your product does not match its Certificate of Analysis (COA) or shows signs of quality issues:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and batch code
  • Include your order number and a description of the concern

We will review your case promptly and arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund if the issue is verified.

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return or report a quality issue, please contact our support team:

Include: Order number, photos of product/packaging, batch code, and reason for return

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable). Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

5. Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection via email. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label
  • Include your order number and a description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For approved quality issues, we provide a prepaid return label

8. Exchanges

Due to cannabis product regulations, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred product.
